ACOM presents three new lawsuits against agreements of adherence to the BDS-ELAI discriminatory campaign

Judges admit our lawsuits against the following City Councils of the Province of
Cádiz: Puerto Real, Conil de la Frontera and Zahara de los Atunes.

ACOM, reference group of the Spanish civil society that fights against the anti-Semite
discrimination and the harassment of the only Jewish state, is committed to not leaving
these actions and their illegality remain unanswered. To extol the destruction of the state
of Israel and to limit the civil and economic rights of its citizens, companies and friends
attacks the fundamental values reflected in our Constitution and must have consequences.
In fact it is having them thanks to our initiative.

Said motions, approved in 2016, fail to hide their rampant discrimination, focusing
their hatred on the only Jewish state in the world. The motions received the active
support of local parties related to Podemos (far left), as well as IU (communists) and
PSOE (socialists). The entity that promoted the presentation of said texts is the
association self-proclaimed “Pro Derechos Humanos de Andalucía” (“Pro-Human
Rights of Andalusia”), organization that regularly receives public subsidies financed
with the taxes of all the citizens of Andalusia.

We trust that the courts again prosecute these discriminatory acts. Already 7 cities have
voluntarily revoked their boycott agreements after our lawsuits, plus 15 motions annulled
by the Courts (including two sentences emitted by Higher Courts of Justice) and 2
more have their measures judicially suspended until definite sentencing.
